Maybe you have noticed that our family is slightly obsessed with the USU Aggies. We have been accused of brain washing our children. I see nothing wrong with that. We have always been die-hard basketball fans, but we try to make it to a few football games as well.
We were in Utah this weekend and decided that on our drive home we would make a stop by the Promised Land (aka Logan) and take in the USU Aggie Football Home Opener.
The atmosphere at the stadium was great.
Maggie was so excited for the game to start.
A word of warning… don’t mess with Maggie when she has her game face on.
Feel free to mess with Sammy when he has his game face on.
Alex takes a much more dignified approach to his football watching experience. Pay no attention to the mouthful of popcorn in this picture.
Nothing like a little father & son brain-washing bonding time.
It may seem like I was trying very hard to ignore my children and watch a dang football game… well… it seemed that way because I was trying very hard to ignore my children and watch a dang football game.
Sam pretty much tried to ignore everyone in the entire stadium.
In the end… all was right with the world. The Aggies steamrolled the Weber State “kitty-cats” 54 – 17. Good thing we stopped by. Can we get a little more cowbell, Maggie?
